Site Ownership Option:
Beginning in Autumn 2022, Kawtikh RV Retreat will begin offering the opportunity for ownership of individual campsites such that you can build equity in your own piece of land. Working in cooperation with Strathcona County, we will soon be designated as a Seasonal Recreational Resort within the Strathcona County Land Use Bylaw which will allow for ownership of individual campsites and the opportunity to secure a permanent home for your RV or the opportunity to build a small cabin.
Please read the Seasonal Recreational Resort bylaw if this ownership option appeals to you. Financing options will be provided by ATB Financial and Servus Credit Union and ownership will come with membership in the Kawtikh Resort Condominium Association.
At this time, we are collecting information of interested owners to keep you informed of our progress. Upon a successful ownership application approved by the Kawtikh Resort Condominium Association Board, deposits can be made and held in trust to secure your site.
